Job summary

CVS Health in West Valley City, UT is seeking an Operations Supervisor to partner with store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty through service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and support weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
