Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the store crew.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (e.g., myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback).
• Maintain customer confidentiality and secure information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and support weekly promotions and displays.
