Job summary

When no manager is onsite, this role leads the store and staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, supervises daily activities, and maintains a smooth operation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management and crew to ensure smooth operations and execution.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock and display seasonal merchandise; manage off-shelf items as needed.
