Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service and train crew.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks.
