Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by delivering fast, friendly service and training crew on the best customer experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to optimize floor availability.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, and emergencies.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
