Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable retail leader in Columbus, OH to oversee daily store operations and coach associates toward WOW customer service. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring a smooth guest experience on the sales floor.

Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures customer service excellence.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures daily readiness.
