Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and secures store operations.
• Opens or closes the store, handles cash, alarms, and daily prep.
