Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and organization.
