Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service through personal interactions.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor shelves full and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, including cash handling and security checks.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales while controlling costs through effective merchandising and coaching.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and standards for World Recovery.
• Performs general store upkeep, cleaning, and stockroom organization.
