Responsibilities

• WOW customers with personal, friendly service at checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and guide associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle operations.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales while managing expenses and merchandising.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock room organization.
