Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience to maintain high standards.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures tasks are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing processes, including cash, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and world recovery efforts.
• Performs store maintenance and keeps backrooms clean and organized.
