Job summary

Five Below is seeking a crew member with excellent communication skills to wow customers and drive store performance. You will train associates, assist with receiving stock, and help manage daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and cash handling.

The role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with opportunities to grow within a vibrant retail culture at Five Below.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing of the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
