Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout and great service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store securely, manage cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
