Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Philadelphia to oversee daily operations, staffing, and customer service.

You will manage stock, displays, and promotions, while ensuring efficient opening/closing procedures and adherence to store policies. A minimum of 2 years in management is expected, with strong communication and the ability to multitask in a high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages store displays, signage accuracy, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties, cash security, and alarms setup.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides coaching.
• Supports onboarding and training to improve policy understanding and performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Executes market plans with proper product placement and promotional materials.
