Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking items on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service excellence.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
