Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing daily store operations in Saint Paul, MN. The position supports onboarding, training, merchandising, and sales optimization while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

The crew will help manage opening/closing, security, and associate performance, with an emphasis on a fast-paced, friendly environment and a focus on WOW customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
