Job summary

Five Below in Minnesota is seeking a qualified retail leader to help run day-to-day store operations. You will supervise associates, train staff on our customer-first approach, and take responsibility for opening or closing the store, cash handling, and security procedures.

You will focus on boosting sales through merchandising, managing expenses, and delivering a WOW customer experience while maintaining a safe, clean sales floor and stock area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and manage alarms and daily operations.
