Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Controls store pricing and signage and handles local regulatory pricing tasks as required.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness; supports displays and resets.
