Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to open and close the store in the absence of management, handling required cash procedures and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model service excellence.

Responsibilities include supporting operations, pricing, displays, and inventory accuracy while maintaining store standards. English fluency and at least one year in a supervisory/retail role are required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Manages store operations, including inventory, pricing, and displays.
• Maintains store cleanliness and complies with policies and procedures.
