Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floors and stock rooms are ready for the day.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change for registers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and assist with customer questions and issues.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, price changes, and labeling to support compliant pricing.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with backroom and display resets as needed.
• Support bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers.
