Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs tasks such as associate break schedules and daily production flow.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and donations areas.
• Monitor production quality and help the team hit targets.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain safe and orderly work environment; enforce safety rules.
• Communicate and implement policies, report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and first-level customer concerns promptly.
• Address safety/security concerns in a timely manner.
• Plan and manage own work to complete routine duties; adapt to change.
• Provide guidance and escalate as needed to management.
