Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work to reliably complete routine duties.
• Provide supervision and coaching to achieve customer service and productivity goals.
• Maintain store and donation center operations; support merchandising efforts and customer flow.
• Assist with hiring activities; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate register, assign tills, and ensure cash controls and efficient checkout.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow loss prevention policies.
