Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure happiness.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and displays; supports backroom and floor readiness.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, cash reports, and basic store maintenance when needed.
