Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Acts as a liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and handles pricing changes to support compliant store operations.
