Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with pricing, displays, and basic bookkeeping while upholding Walgreens service traits and ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and displays.
• Register all sales on the cash register, document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with inventory, backroom organization, and basic bookkeeping activities.
