Responsibilities

• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds and loyalty processes.
• Manage inventory, price changes, markdowns and physical inventories.
• Oversee merchandising, housekeeping, signage and promotional materials.
• Control payroll, scheduling and attendance; ensure payroll budget compliance.
• Develop staff through training tools and reinforce operational standards.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and protect company assets.
