Job summary

Five Below in Highland, IN is seeking an enthusiastic supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of crew members, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

Report to the Store Manager on Duty, participate in training, optimize merchandising, open/close procedures, and maintain a safe, clean sales floor. This hourly role starts at $11.50 and offers opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinker who maintains composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance.
