Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep items on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
