As needed, you may take the role of Manager on Duty, oversee opening/closing procedures, and support training to ensure high performance. The position offers hourly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent (College experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handheld devices to complete transactions.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; keep sales floor organized.
• Occasionally manage opening or closing the store and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
