Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store management professional to lead daily operations, train crew, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee associates, open/close procedures, merchandising, and safety compliance while driving sales and controlling expenses in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates ensuring proper duties and excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty—oversee store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
