Job summary

Five Below is seeking a customer-focused leader to manage daily store operations and supervise associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and drive sales through effective merchandising and service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. This on-site hourly role includes flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly, efficient checkout and service.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking stock quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open/close store procedures, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization.
