Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to supervise crew, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily store operations. The role includes opening/closing, training, and merchandising collaboration to drive sales.

Qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills. This is an hourly position with starting pay at $12.50.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service at checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and gates.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
