Responsibilities

• WOW customers with fast, friendly checkout and staff training.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and issues.
• Open/close the store securely, manage cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization.
