Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment and to deliver WOW customer service. You will train associates, oversee opening/closing, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for guests.

Applicants need at least 1 year of management experience, a High School Diploma, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
