Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing of new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance (trash, sweep, bathrooms, stock room).
