Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will oversee scheduling, training, customer service, and merchandising to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, loss prevention, and adherence to brand standards while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when the Store Manager is not present.
• Lead, train, and manage store associates through LIDS training programs and regular follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store personnel and adherence to company policies.
• Drive the selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness; ensure proper signage and VM execution.
