Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado Springs to lead daily retail operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure compliant store practices in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

As the heart of the store, you will mentor associates, implement training programs, and uphold Lids’ standards in service, inventory, and visual merchandising while supporting company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store operations, safety, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper store merchandising, inventory counts, and VM standards.
