Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment, aligning work with company objectives.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by upholding brand standards and policies.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak periods when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory and assets.
