Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives and store success.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding of inventory, funds and property.
