Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Develop and manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs.
• Enforce discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Foster a fun, productive, and inclusive team environment.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory accuracy.
