Five Below seeks an energetic leader to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead crew members, train staff, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

This hourly role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multi-task. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on best customer service practices.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
