Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure under pressure. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance; ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store; secures cash and locks doors; prepares for daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service quality.
