Responsibilities

• Ensure crew WOWs customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for a smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and floor recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, and restrooms.
