Royal Farms in Arbutus, MD is seeking a Team Leader to run store operations on duty, acting as the Person in Charge when needed, and support the management team in customer service, product availability, and safety.

You will drive sales, maintain standards, supervise shift tasks, and train teammates to deliver consistent service while upholding food safety and brand standards. Flexibility for second/third shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full shift operations as PIC when no senior leader is present.
• Coach and support team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Ensure food service programs are executed with proper ordering and planning.
• Enforce safety, policy, and cash/security controls; maintain store standards.
