Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in absence of senior leader.
• Ensure customer service, product availability, and storefront execution.
• Lead shift operations, POS, vendor check-in, and cash controls.
• Onboard/train team members and provide coaching on standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Drive food service execution and 24/7 program consistency.
