Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shift as the Person in Charge when necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of product knowledge and service.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent, friendly service.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and cash control procedures; manage shift tasks and vendor check-ins.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing feedback to ensure execution of standards.
