Job summary

MINISO USA in Dayton, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching, and sales growth. You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold visual standards, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will partner with loss prevention, manage inventory and cash handling, train staff, and help recruit and schedule colleagues while maintaining policy compliance and a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance.
• Coach and develop a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising and visual standards.
• Promote sign-ups and loyalty through the membership program to boost retention and sales.
• Support inventory management, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, scheduling, and compliance with the Miniso handbook.
• Communicate feedback to enhance growth, recognition, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink in line with company policies.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
