MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance.

You will coach team members, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and assist with recruitment, training, and loss prevention. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and travel between locations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates to drive performance.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; comply with operational procedures.
• Promote MINISO membership program to boost sign-ups and loyalty.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing and retention.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages and returns; ensure stock accuracy.
• Support adherence to MINISO handbook guidelines and policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to foster growth and accountability.
