Job summary

MINISO USA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive store performance. You will coach employees, maintain standards, and promote customer service and loyalty through the membership program.

You will train and mentor staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink. Flexibility to work nights and weekends and potential travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving store performance.
• Coach and mentor team members, including Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Lead by example to maintain merchandising standards and customer service excellence.
• Promote sign-ups and engagement with the Miniso membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, scheduling, and retention of store staff.
• Assist in managing inventory, receipts, shrink, and loss prevention in collaboration with LP.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and Miniso handbook guidelines.
• Support cash handling, POS procedures, and a safe store environment.
• Communicate insights to the Store Manager to improve visual merchandising and store condition.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
