Job summary

Miniso in the United States (Ohio) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and driving store performance. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and execute strategies to meet sales and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring trainees, recruiting staff, managing scheduling, and overseeing inventory, shipments, and returns, while protecting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in retail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coordinating store operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates and report to Store Manager.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily activities.
• Support smooth store operations, customer service, and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales growth and member sign-ups through engagement with customers.
• Mentor trainees, help hire/train staff, and manage scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, returns, and shrink control.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and support continuous team improvement.
